The offset die is particularly useful where access to the component is difficult, e. g. C- and U-shaped sections, blanks with 90° offset, etc. single tools, quick and easy to replace.

The TOX®-TWINpoint provides protection against rotation and, in comparison to the single joint, clearly increases the joint strenght. The TOX®-TWINpoint has excellent electrical conductivity.

The TOX®-TWINpoint is ideal for small flanges and limited installation space. A solid die and the same process as for the single joint guarantee the full advantages of the TOX®-Round Joint.

Special shapes can be for example the protection against rotation for TOX®-Flanged Tools or tapers as well as TOX®-Side mount tools.

Special helical spring suitable for stripper type CSR and type CMR, ground to parallel and angular requirements.

When the joining is completed, the punch, resp. the die, must be removed from the sheet metal. For this purpose, strippers are required for punch and die.
