Oil lubricated scroll technology. COOLPAK i compressors are available for single and multiple operation of cold heads from the COOLPOWER i line as well as cryo pumps from the COOLVAC i line. The COOLPAK i series uses oil lubricated scroll technology with highly efficient separation and filtration systems to generate continuous helium gas flow of high purity to the cryogenic systems.

Gas cooling refrigerators/cold heads. Refrigerators/cold heads of the COOLPOWER i series are gas cooling machines which operate on the basis of a thermodynamic cycle to produce cryogenic temperatures.

Gas entrapment pumps. COOLVAC i vacuum pumps are refrigerator cryo pumps which generate a vacuum when gaseous substances are bound to the cold surfaces within the pump by means of cryo-condensation. They are used for the generation of ultra-high vacuum.

Leybold has incorporated Gamma products into its product portfolio which allows for equipping UHV applications.

The LEYSPEC residual gas analyser (RGA) product family enables simple and intuitive operation. At the push of a button, you can display the partial pressures of key gases and if your process involves an additional gas, you can assign it to the spare display channel. Due to the high bake-out temperatures achievable, the LEYSPEC is ideal for use in demanding high vacuum and ultra-high vacuum applications.

We have three main variants of the THERMOVAC TTR Pirani gauge product line, all of which are well suited for measurement in rough to medium levels of vacuum, and to combine with our high vacuum/ultra high vacuum gauges such as the PTR or the ITR product lines (LINK). They are found in basically every vacuum system due to their wide measuring ranges, compact size and cost efficiency.
