TOX®-Round Joint flanged punch
The TOX®-Round Joint flanged punch is available for joint the diameters 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm up to 26 mm. Special lengths of 30 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm are possible.
TOX®-Round Joint flanged die
Die with insert features an integrated oil drainage system. Available in diameters 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm,12 mm, 14 mm, 16 mm, 18 mm up to26 mm.
TOX®-Round Joint die, offset
The offset die is particularly useful where access to the component is difficult, e. g. C- and U-shaped sections, blanks with 90° offset, etc. single tools, quick and easy to replace.
TOX®-Round Joint flat die
The flat die plate reaches into almost every corner of the component, allows for smaller flanges and extremely compact design. Single tool, quick and easy to replace.
TOX®-SKB flanged die
The SKB die is ideal for complex clinching applications. It contains 3 - 6 fixed segments and 3 - 6 moving segments. It comes with joint diameters of 5 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm and 10 mm.

TOX®-TWINpoint flanged punch
The TOX®-TWINpoint provides protection against rotation and, in comparison to the single joint, clearly increases the joint strenght. The TOX®-TWINpoint has excellent electrical conductivity.
TOX®-TWINpoint flanged die
The TOX®-TWINpoint is ideal for small flanges and limited installation space. A solid die and the same process as for the single joint guarantee the full advantages of the TOX®-Round Joint.
