Pilot solenoid operated servo valve
Ideal for closed loop control of the position, speed, and pressure of main machine’s actuators. The orifice nozzle adopted as the pilot nozzle has a large diameter for a nozzle flapper type valve and achieves greater resistance to contamination.
Manual proportional directional control valve (with pressure compensation, multiple valve series)
Stacking type multi-control valves that are equipped with the bypass type pressure compensation function and show proportional flow rate characteristics. The pump pressure can be changed according to variation of the load pressure, with the excess flow bypassed to the tank.
Solenoid operated proportional directional control valve (with pressure compensation, multiple valve series)
Stacking type control valves that show pressure compensated type proportional flow rate characteristics and control the flow rate in proportion to electrical current regardless of the load level. Combining the valve with a variable displacement pump enables construction of a power match circuit that outputs the required pressure/flow rate.
