MC Scale is consisted of Scale, Head and Detector. Magnetic graduations magnetized on Scale at an interval of 20mm pitch are read out by the Head at Operation distance 10mm (7mm to 12mm). Head generates Sinusoidal voltage. The signal are interpolated 1/10 1/20 or 1/100 by Detector to generate AB phase pulse signal. The Operation distance between Head and Scale is so wide, therefore MC scale is widely applied to construction machineries, material handling equipments, industrial machines, etc.

MACOME Scale is consisted of Scale, Head and Detector. Magnetic graduations magnetized on the Scale at an interval of 4mm pitch are read out by Head at Operation distance 0.3mm (0.05mm to 0.55mm) as AB phase sinusoidal voltage. The signal are interpolated 1/10, 1/20 or 1/100 by Detector to generate AB phase signal.

Magnetic Tape Guidance AGV's route can be constructed in various locations, since the magnetic tape route can be constructed where the floor can not be carved. Modification of a magnetic tape route can be done easily and the route is durable against dust, water and light. Guide sensor detects the slight magnetic flux from a magnetic guide tape at operation distance 30mm(20mm to 40mm) and generates multiple switching signals or deviation voltage.

H series sensors are suitable for a reference point sensor of a precision machine. Adopting a N-pole and S-pole borderline magnet as a reference point target magnet, H series sensor generates analog signal or switching signal. The repeatability at the borderline of N-pole and S-pole of target magnet is ±0.1µm.

6mm dot N-pole and S-pole data are magnetized on a Barium-Ferrite card. Polarity distinguishable switches are built-in EK series corresponding to each dot on the card. Each switch generates signal ON for N-pole dot and OFF for S-pole dot. The non-contact reading method realizes high durability to harsh environments. The magnetized data on the Barium-Ferrite card are more durable than a normal magnetic stripe card.
