COOLPAK i
Oil lubricated scroll technology. COOLPAK i compressors are available for single and multiple operation of cold heads from the COOLPOWER i line as well as cryo pumps from the COOLVAC i line. The COOLPAK i series uses oil lubricated scroll technology with highly efficient separation and filtration systems to generate continuous helium gas flow of high purity to the cryogenic systems.
COOLPOWER i
Gas cooling refrigerators/cold heads. Refrigerators/cold heads of the COOLPOWER i series are gas cooling machines which operate on the basis of a thermodynamic cycle to produce cryogenic temperatures.
COOLVAC i
Gas entrapment pumps. COOLVAC i vacuum pumps are refrigerator cryo pumps which generate a vacuum when gaseous substances are bound to the cold surfaces within the pump by means of cryo-condensation. They are used for the generation of ultra-high vacuum.

The LEYSPEC residual gas analyser (RGA) product family enables simple and intuitive operation. At the push of a button, you can display the partial pressures of key gases and if your process involves an additional gas, you can assign it to the spare display channel.
