THERMOVAC
We have three main variants of the THERMOVAC TTR Pirani gauge product line, all of which are well suited for measurement in rough to medium levels of vacuum, and to combine with our high vacuum/ultra high vacuum gauges such as the PTR or the ITR product lines (LINK). They are found in basically every vacuum system due to their wide measuring ranges, compact size and cost efficiency.

IONIVAC
Our IONIVAC gauges series, whether passive (IE) or active (ITR) offers the ability to measure into ultra high vacuum. This enables detailed tracking of experiments, and control of the variables in processes.
CERAVAC CTR
The Leybold CERAVAC CTR capacitance manometers utilize the latest INCONEL diaphragms, giving stability, corrosion resistance and an increased longevity. The cell is also able to resist transient pressure bursts, meaning that accidents in process don’t damage the gauge, which can lead to downtime due to repair/replacement being needed. This coupled with the range of full scale options covering decades from 1000 to 0.1 torr, enabling pressure control over multiple decades, make this a perfect solution for the gold standard of pressure control.

GRAPHIX
To integrate the active sensors within system controllers additional display and operating instruments are needed. These provide the transmitters with the necessary supply voltage or to locally display the measured values. For such applications Leybold offers different instruments. The basic DISPLAY line and the advanced GRAPHIX line are designed each for a broad range of applications.

TURBO.CONTROL i
Turbomolecular pumps require certain pressures to be reached before they run. By connecting a TURBOVAC i pump to the TURBO.CONTROL i controller, you can not only see key pump parameters, but also connect two active gauges from the TTR and PTR series to correctly control and optimise your high vacuum pump.
